The story of Fenceways Group Ltd is rooted in the industrial heart of Manchester. Founded in 1983 by the late Eugene Hanlon, the company was born from a singular vision: to bring master-tier craftsmanship to the world of perimeter solutions.
Eugene was a pioneer with deep Irish roots, a man who believed that a boundary should be as enduring as the land it protects. It was during this golden era that a young Paul first encountered the team during a delivery to his parents home in 1995, witnessing the pride and precision that would one day become his own life’s work.

Following the passing of Eugene Hanlon, the original Fenceways entered a period of transition. Under new management, the core values of craftsmanship and uncompromising quality began to fade. Deprived of its founding spirit, the original company eventually ceased to exist, its standards lost to time.
For Paul , this was not just the end of a business, but a threat to a legacy.

While the original brand lay dormant, Paul was forging his own path of excellence. Enlisting at the age of 18, he embarked on an 18-year military career that spanned Special Forces regiments and Military Intelligence.

From an initial consultation, we will visit your site or garden, we will provide a free site visit and discuss your needs and aspirations, from the site visit we will collate a brief a detailed written quotation and cost.
On acceptance we will schedule your project and construct your fencing project hassle free, and to the highest of standards.
